Trainee / Experienced Cabinet Maker & Vinyl Graphics Fitter

Role Overview
We are looking for a Cabinet Maker with the additional skills to fabricate and fit vinyl graphics. The successful candidate will have a solid background in joinery, using a variety of workshop equipment, and the ability to carry out vinyl application both in-house and on-site. A clean UK driving licence is essential, as travel to client sites will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture bespoke cabinetry and joinery components using a wide range of materials from technical drawings
- Operate a range of joinery workshop equipment (saws, planers, edge banders, routers, etc.) safely and effectively
- Assemble and finish cabinetry to a high standard in the workshop and on-site
- Apply vinyl graphics with precision, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish
- Accurately measure, cut, and prepare materials for both joinery and vinyl applications
- Work closely with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker/joiner, with strong practical skills
- Proficiency in using joinery workshop equipment and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Clean UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable:
- Formal qualifications in joinery, carpentry, or a related field
- Experience with CNC machinery (if applicable)
On-site installation and fitting experience - Experience in vinyl graphics fitting (including surface prep and application techniques)
